Q1: Can OUPES 1800w be plugged into other brands of solar panels to charge?
A: 1800w has wide compatibility with OUPES or other brands of solar panels, compatible with any solar panel as long as they have the same solar connectors: Open Circuit Voltage(OCV): 12-30V, 250W Max. DC7909
Q2: How long can the 1800W charge my devices?
A: The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.
Q3:Does the power station includes a built-in MPPT controller?
A: All OUPES power stations have a built-in MPPT controller.
Q4: How long does it take to fully charge this power station?
A: About 4 hours to get fully charged by 2* AC 200W wall outlet; 4.5 hours under direct sunlight with 400W solar panels, 500W max.
Q5: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
Note:
Store in a dry and ventilated place. For prolonged exposure or use in a humid environment (such as the sea), we recommend that you use a waterproof bag to keep the battery dry.
