Q1: What devices can the OUPES 1800W AC output port power?
A: With 1800W rated power, the AC output port can power most household appliances. Before you use it, we recommend that you confirm the power of the appliances first and ensure the power sum of all loaded appliances is lower than the rated power.
Q2: Can I chain multiple 240W Solar Panels together?
A: The chainable feature enables you to chain a maximum of 2 PC 240W solar panels together with the solar charging cable.
Q3: How do we ship our products?
A: Due to the different sizes of OUPES Power Stations & Solar Panels, we will ship separately if your order has multiple products including portable power stations and foldable solar panels.
Q4: Why does the battery lose power when not in use?
A: The unit may be in standby mode where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be using up to 50W. Remember to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the unit loses power when completely off, try recharging it to 100% and use it to 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
Q5: Can the power station charge electric vehicles?
A: After the 1800W power station is fully charged, it can support the charging of electric vehicles for about 10 kilometers.
